Al-Futtaim ACE opens the first digital drive-thru experience in the region at Dubai Festival City.
Customers in Dubai have the option for the first time to shop online and drive to the ACE store at Dubai Festival City to pick up their order. Guests to the website can browse from a list of over 15,000 products and collect them the very next day.
Regis Schultz, President of Retail, Al-Futtaim, said: “We are constantly finding ways to provide them with safe and convenient ways to shop with us. The service will empower our customers to have the choice to shop online and safely pick up their orders not just during the present circumstances but in the future too.”
The RTA-approved drive-thru parking includes six bays with customers booking a collection time slot to come and pick up their orders, which can be done anytime between 8am and 9pm any day of the week.
