Regardless of mall opening times, all three of the Apple stores in the UAE will operate from 11am to 7:30pm.
The stores that are due to re-open are situated at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi, the Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates and have all been closed for over two months because of the effects of the pandemic that has swept across the globe. A spokesperson for Apple said that they are excited to begin welcoming visitors back to its UAE stores.
“With many working and learning from home, we look forward to providing the service and support they need, whether that will be picking up a new product or getting help with the one they already own,” the spokesperson added.
A number of new safety precautions designed to safeguard customers and staff from the Covid-19 pandemic have been implemented into the newly re-opened stores. These new measures include temperature checks, social distancing and mandatory face coverings.
