O’right makes debut in Japan

Taiwanese beauty brand O’right will be making its debut in Japan on Wednesday this week with a second store opening on Thursday.

“It shows the brand’s confidence in Japan’s path to an economic recovery and its determination to establish a foothold in the Japanese beauty market,” the company said in a statement.

The upcoming stores in Japan will highlight a range of plant-based products that include the brand’s limited edition Caffeine Botanical Scalp Revitalizer. As the rearranged 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games’ key them is sustainability, the zero-carbon beauty brand has seen a timely opportunity to introduce its products in the Japanese market. For the two openings, guests will be given gifts that include high-quality hydrating hand sanitiser and exclusive discounts.

Launched originally as a hair care brand in 2006, O’right has evolved into a “green-style” beauty brand that aims to redefine the beauty market by introducing zero-carbon, sustainable products that “deliver on a promise of a greener tomorrow”.
