Casino Malls in Macau have seen a very welcomed resurgence in foot traffic as many locals return to store floors. However gamblers have yet to return to the casino venues at the moment.
“Consumption coupons did help, when you go to casino malls, including The Venetian and Galaxy, during the weekend, the footfall is tremendous. It felt like going back to November or December last year, when there were a lot of people. But these were all locals.” – JLL Macau head of leasing Oliver Tong.
