Frasers Group, which is owned by Mike Ashley has now taken a five percent stake in Hugo Boss, worth almost £100m. The stake equates to 3.3 million shares in the German fashion brand.
In a statement to the London Stock Exchange after markets closed on Friday, Frasers Group stated that its maximum exposure to Hugo Boss as a result of the deals was €108m (£97m).
