SPAR has now opened its first one-person shop in the Netherlands. The mobile SPAR mini store, housed in a converted shipping container is equipped with a self-scan checkout for contactless payments.
Van der Ent inaugurated the store in the municipality of Waalwijk and commented, “With the SPAR mini we can offer consumers a quick breakfast, tasty lunch, healthy snack or a snack in unexpected places and surprising moments.”
