The signing of Tractor Supply at the Burlington Center in Columbus, Ohio means that the centre is now 100 per cent leased.
The outdoor product supplier that sells farm supplies, lawn & garden, hunting equipment, and of course, tractors, has signed a lease for 31,637sq ft of indoor space and 19,895sq ft of outdoor display area. That makes the ShopOne-owned centre completely full.
“Our relationship with Tractor Supply highlights our desire to work closely with retailers to advance their real estate strategies and find additional ways to help their business operate during this new normal,” said ShopOne COO Bob Dake.
ShopOne is a REIT that owns 24 outdoor centres, most located in the eastern half of the US.
