The UK fashion brand has appointed two sets of advisors to carry out a strategic review of the business.
The end result of this could end up being a potential sale of the business as KPMG has been appointed to look at rent negotiations with landlords whilst Cavendish Corporate Finance have also been hired, in this instance to begin looking at recruiting a new external investor or a potential sale process.
A Jigsaw spokesperson said: “We are confident that Cavendish and KPMG are the right partners to undertake this strategic review of our business. Jigsaw is a valued British heritage brand and the board is determined to do all it can to steer the company and its staff through this incredibly challenging time.”
