LuLu Group has signed a lease with Abu Dhabi’s Modon Properties for the operation of retail outlets in Riyadh City.
The deal covers 3,361sq m of rental space and upon its completion; the project will include seven restaurants, thirteen shops and a supermarket which will fulfil a growing demand for lifestyle essentials in the city.
The move comes following the Express Store that was opened by LuLu last year and the company’s goal to make their products accessible in metropolitan areas.
