Two months after the shopping centre developer filed for administration, Intu is now seeking a buyer for The Trafford Centre.
Trafford Centre, located in Manchester draws 30 million visitors each year and is now set to be auctioned following pressure from its biggest lender. Despite being valued by Intu at close to £1.7billion, analysts are expecting the property to be sold for at least 20% less than this price.
PJT Partners and CBRE have been drafted in to oversee the sales process.
