Authentic Brands Group and SPARC Group LLC were successful in bidding for and buying Brooks Brothers.
Authentic Brands Group, a retail management company that acquires brands that have entered Chapter 11 bankruptcy and SPARC, a joint venture backed by Authentic Brands Group and Simon Propertieswill pay $325 million for Brooks Brothers, America’s oldest clothing company.
The buyers have committed to continue operating a minimum of 125 Brooks Brothers retail locations.
