The partnership will launch a new hotel in the heart of Chelsea.
A £25m extensive restoration and renovation of two Georgian townhouses will become the first Beaverbrook Town House and will launch in the summer of 2021. The new boutique hotel will cover an area of 15,000sq ft and will feature 14 luxury suites for guests to enjoy as well as a contemporary Japanese restaurant that will be available to guests and the public alike.
Cadogan currently owns 93 acres of Chelsea and Kensington and this new partnership with Beaverbrook follows from three existing hotel partnerships: the Belmond Cadogan Hotel, 11 Cagogan Gardens and the first Relaise and Chateaux in London.
The Beaverbrook Town House is being developed a part of Cadogan’s larger plans to further expand hotel, food and drink offerings in Chelsea.
