This will be Tri Real Estate’s 18th retail park under the Vendo Park brand.
The new Vendo Park occupies around 3000sq m of lettable area with the property nearly fully occupied already. Tenants of the new retail park include such brands as: KiK, Sinsay, Martes Sport, RTV Euro AGD and Hebe.
This is Trei Real Estate’s latest opening of their 28-strong portfolio, 18 of which are located in Poland. CEO of Trei Real Estate, Pepjin Morshuis has commented: “Trei intends to become the biggest retail park investor in CEE. Our objective is to have completed 50 assets or more within the next three years.”
“The coronavirus pandemic has not slowed our development activities in Poland. We started the construction in February and we were able to complete it right on schedule.” Morshuis said.
