The new Bali-inspired beach-front restaurant is the perfect addition to Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.
Looking to bring a touch of Bali to the beach front in Dubai, the new restaurant will offer relaxed beach vibes with beanbags on the sand, umbrellas to shelter from the midday sun and hammocks for the ultimate relaxation. Inside, the Bali theme in continued, as the restaurant is adorned with green and wicker.
The menu largely offers seafood and guests can expect dishes such as lava prawns, Hokkaido scallop ceviche, Koko Bay fish and chips, crispy seam bream and Cantonese-style steamed red snapper along with a selection of maki rolls including organic quiona, crispy kale and beetroot.
Koko Bay will also be the ultimate evening location, with a host of guest DJs available ready to entertain guests as they enjoy the beach and Bali-inspired dishes.
The restaurant opens to diners today, Tuesday September 1 at West Beach, Palm Jumeirah.
