The international brewery and pub chain will be opening a 4000sq ft bar at The Barcode, located next to Drake Circus in Plymouth.
Independent craft brewer BrewDog was founded in 2007 with the aim to revolutionise the beer industry and redefine British beer-drinking culture and was recently named the fastest growing Food & Drinks company in the UK.
The global beer brand will join a range of exciting restaurants and leisure brands at the new development, including Five Guys, Nando’s, Cosy Club, Zizzi and Paradise Golf. A BrewDog spokesperson said: “We are delighted to be bringing awesome craft beer and food to the people of Plymouth and look forward to opening our doors.”
Greg Lumley, Centre Director at Drake Circus, said: “This is great news for the Barcode. With the restaurants and bars recently reopened, there is a great feel to the place and having Brewdog will only add to that.”
