The authentic Japanese themed restaurant has opened its doors in the heart of Dubai at The Oberoi Hotel.
International Japanese chef Mr. Kobayashi Kohe ensures that Kimura-Ya prides itself on authenticity. The restaurant offers traditionally made sushi, ramen and agemono as well as a concept called shabu-shabu which is a popular hot pot experience which offers slices of meat and small vegetables which can be cooked at the table. The assortment of sushi that is available includes tempura, salmon, tuna, saba-bo sushi rolls and wagyu cheese.
As well as all of the above, visitors can indulge in Kome which are Japanese rice dishes topped with a selection of ingredients these include Japanese rice with sashimi, a tempura rice bowl with chicken curry and soba and udon noodles.
The restaurant is open daily from noon until to midnight at The Oberoi Hotel at Business Bay.
