The pair has signed a deal that will see them open a new Mantis property on Bahrain’s Hawar Island, merging luxury with eco-tourism whilst redefining adventure.
With a stunning location on Hawar Island, which is a 45 minute boat ride from Bahrain’s mainland, the hotel will offer guests the chance to stay in overwater villas that offer direct access to the sea. This will be coupled with superior service, quality; and the island’s beautiful nature.
Once open, the hotel will feature 72 keys together with 5 dining concepts and extensive sports and leisure facilities including an Adventure Park, a tennis court, a bike track, and a waterpark. The property will feature the main concept of the ‘beach resort’ and will encompass luxury accommodation along with chill out zones, bars and coffee stations
Edamah CEO Amin Alarrayed said: “We are looking forward to partnering with Accor to open the first Mantis brand in Bahrain on Hawar Island and welcoming visitors from across the region with the traditional warm hospitality that Bahrain is known for.”
