The 221-bedroom hotel will be a UK flagship hotel located in the heart of Liverpool.
Accor, the leading augmented hospitality group, today announces the signing of a new 221-room Novotel hotel in Paddington Village, Liverpool. The new-build flagship hotel has been signed under a franchise agreement with Liverpool City Council and is set to be completed in Q2 2022. The hotel will be managed by Legacy Hotels & Resorts, an existing Accor partner and the management company for Accor’s Pullman Liverpool located on the waterfront by the ACC.
Situated in a prime central location, the Novotel hotel will be part of Paddington Village, a £1 billion expansion site in the city’s Knowledge Quarter. The development is central to the local authority’s vision to cement the area as an international destination of significance for the life-science, healthcare and technology industries.
The elegant Novotel 16-storey tower will become the highest hotel in Liverpool, located opposite the new Royal Liverpool Hospital. Placing guests in the heart of the city, Novotel Paddington Village will offer access to state-of-the-art workplaces, shops and restaurants and social venues.
The new hotel will be a UK flagship with stunning design features in both public spaces and bedrooms. The architecture design is led by Ryder Architecture and the hotel’s public areas have been designed by Koncept, an interior design company with a wealth of experience in hotel design, with Faithful+Gould appointed as Project Managers and Morgan Sindall Construction as contractor.
