The first MGallery hotel in Albania will be developed by Accor and Green Coast Hotel.
Upon completion, the hotel, which is set to be located in Palasa, will feature 112 rooms. The hotel will boast Green Coast MGallery, which will offer a concept restaurant with a dedicated breakfast area, a destination lobby bar, an executive club lounge and a VIP club.
Other amenities at the hotel will include banquet and meeting spaces including flexible spaces at the beach, pool and restaurant terraces. Guests can also benefit from green rooftops, private loggias and the private beach.
“Albania is a hidden gem in the Balkan region with amazing, picturesque destinations, a true place to be. Therefore we are happy to bring more of Accor brands to the country, wishing that more tourists could discover its glory. MGallery Boutique Collection provides an outstanding starting point for introducing local culture, tradition and history in a luxurious ambiance. We believe that the first MGallery resort in Albania will win the hearts of its guest thanks to its atmosphere and ideal holiday location,” says Dilek Sezer, Development Director – South Eastern Europe Accor.
The hotel will begin construction works during the last quarter of 2021 and is expected to open in 2024.
