The Swiss-owned company Bucherer is acquiring the Danish tradition house Klarlund and the takeover will take effect on 4 January next year.
The strategic move will allow Bucherer Group to substantially expand its market share in Denmark. The Swiss luxury retailer will take over the two boutiques and the service centre of the Danish company and gain access to new customer segments.
