Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) has announced plans to build its largest exhibition hall in the MENA region.
The plans revealed that ADNEC intends to expand the facilities and infrastructure of their centres in Abu Dhabi and London. The plans are intended to boost its competitiveness and ability to attract and hold major international events for all sectors.
The development operations at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre include building the largest exhibition hall in the MENA region, boasting an overall area of 10,000sq m. This exhibition hall will be located at the marina across from the centre and it will be the first of its kind in the region to be located on a waterfront.
The development will add areas for outdoor activities, raising the total outdoor space for exhibitions at this area by 70 per cent. Furthermore, the expansion will increase the overall interior space for exhibition by 12 per cent and the overall of Abu Dhabi Expansion Centre by 7 per cent to more than 151,000sq m.
