Through a joint venture with Guangdong City Construction Company Planning Design Limited Company, Aedas is reinvigorating the Zhuhai Xiangzhou North Industrial District with North Xingge Jinze Project.
Well-positioned in the centre of the Pearl River Delta in the vicinity of Hong Kong and Macau, Zhuhai is fast becoming the Delta region’s infrastructural capital. After previously fuelling Zhuhai’s rapid development in the 1990s, today it is undergoing a transformation that will see it converted into a high-tech industrial-city complex.
Kelvin Hu, Aedas Executive Director is leading the company in reinvigorating the industrial zone alongside Guangdong City Construction Company Planning Design Limited Company. The Xingge Jinze Building will be a mixed-use complex and is being designed to be Zhuhai’s new landmark and will be emblematic of the prosperity to come for the coastal city. The scheme will feature traditional office, retail, serviced apartments and a clubhouse.
