Al Hokair Acquires Franchise for Public Desire

The fast-fashion footwear brand will make its debut into Saudi Arabia through the agreement.

Founded in 2014 in Manchester, Public Desire began its journey as an etailer. Now a global online brand, customers from all over the world can shop from the company’s extensive styles with shipping available to any country from their global distribution centre in the UK.

The brand will now be making its debut in Saudi Arabia’s brick-and-mortar retail market and Marwan Moukarzel, Chief Executive Officer of Al Hokair Company, said they will be rolling out physical and e-commerce stores as a result of the deal. The new deal is a sign that the Saudi company is moving towards becoming a lifestyle company that integrates offline with online, providing customers with an ‘omni-channel experience’.
