Some unfortunate news for the retail sector, after just two years of operations. The online fashion retail business Nisnass, which is operated by Al Tayer is to close down.
Al Tayer Group’s retail business, Al Tayer Insignia, launched the ecommerce platform in January 2018 in a bid to target millennials with the lure of brands like Nike, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. It even offered a two-hour delivery service within Dubai.
However in a letter sent to partners – Khalid Al Tayer, managing director and chief executive officer – digital, Ounass and Nisnass, confirmed that the business is to cease operations.
