Revellers will be able to take in the wünder of Schloss from Monday 5 December, with reservations for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks now live.
An alpine-inspired winter menu will be available from the launch, putting a twist on classic, hearty dishes from breakfast, to baked goods, to Sunday roast.
Set to open its doors on Bold Street, guests can expect indulgent European dishes throughout the day, for those wishing to start their morning early (or continue from the night before), breakfast will be available from 10am weekdays and 9am weekdays until 1pm, and the Cook Haus will be open 12 – 10pm Monday to Saturday. Sunday Service dining is available 12 – 9pm.
The drinks offering includes a wide selection of alpine wines, classic and sparkling wines, spirits, and European biers and ciders served from the Bier Palace including; Pilsner Urquell the world’s first Pilsner which is fresh, unpasteurised and delivered direct from the brewery in Pilzen every week. Other heroes include Paulaner Munich, Krombacher Pils, Erdinger Weissbräu and Schöfferhofer.
