Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer Aldar Properties has injected a substantial AED500M worth of investment to redevelop two malls in Ras Al Khaimah and Al Ain.

Aldar Properties has invested AED500M to redevelop Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain and Al Hamra Mall in Ras Al Khaimah.

The company said in a statement on Tuesday that it aims to significantly increase the capacities of both shopping centres to cater to new retailers, premium international brands, and popular food concepts.

Guests will enjoy fully upgraded facilities in both malls, including new valet parking areas and drop-off locations. Aldar will also fully refurbish common areas, including but not limited to corridors, welcome desks, facilities and digital way-finding solutions.
