Following a 2% jump in Q2 net profit, the developer is cautiously optimistic’ about the second half of the year.
Despite local and international lockdowns and halts in project delivery due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi’s biggest developer have reported a 2% jump in its second-quarter net profit.
The company’s second quarter sales were Dh505m following strong inventory sales at Nareel Island and Yas Acres projects as well as sales on land on Saadiyat Island. Given these encouraging results, Aldar Properties remain interesting in expanding and Saudi Arabia and Egypt are attractive markets, Aldar Properties have commented.
