The retail complex occupies 100,000sq ft over three-storeys and will feature a wide range of stores open 24 hours a day.
Set in the heart of Busaiteen, Bahrain, Alsayah Square is a 24-hour unique shopping destination that features a number of cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, a medical complex, medical laboratories and a pharmacy. The project was completed in 12 months and is located across from King Hamad University Hospital and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Alsayah Square is intended to provide an entertainment destination for residents of Bahrain and students.
Alsayah Square houses 39 retail units, a supermarket, a medical complex, a play area, a fitness centre and 2 Drive-Thru’s one of which is allocated to an international restaurant and the other to a café.
The development also utilises natural resources to commit to the Sustainable Development Goals of the project.
