Luxury urban retreat Aman New York has introduced two exclusive homes now available for reservation, with additional homes to launch in 2024.
The addition of the two homes adds to the hotel’s existing inventory of 83 suites. They are both available for short-term and extended stays and have been designed by Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston Architects.
Each home is accesed via dedicated elevators from the fourteenth floor reception of Aman New York. The one-bedroom unit provides views of the cityscape whereas the three-bedroom unit offers views of Central Park.
An open-plan living and ding areas come equipped with fully-fitted kitchens and laundry facilities. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
Complimentary services include the use of the hotel car for nearby drop-offs, as well as a personal butler. Additionally, guests will be able to access the hotel’s facilities which include the three-floor Aman Spa, two restaurants, a bar, subterranean jazz club, and alfresco dining terraces.
12 hotels within the Aman global portfolio feature branded residences. A further 10 projects are in the pipeline with several under construction. In 2020, Aman launched the Janu brand which includes seven forthcoming hotels including Tokyo (2023) and AlUla in Saudia Arabia.
