The cinema, which is situated at Jeddah’s Stars Avenue shopping mall, marks the company’s ninth location in Saudi Arabia.
The new AMC Stars Avenue 9 cinema boasts a total of 755 seats across nine auditoriums. Eight luxury screens are complete with 4K Barco Laser projectors, surround sound, and Luxe Recliner and Plush Rocker seating throughout. The location also houses an immersive IMAX with Laser experience that provides customers with heightened realism and an optimal movie-going experience.
This Jeddah opening is a part of AMC Cinemas’ expansion plan to reach a significant audience in Saudi Arabia, a goal in line with the government’s plans to diversity entertainment content, as well as providing new experiences to suit the tastes of different audiences.
