The UAE-based private investment company has announced the launch of its mixed-use luxury development, called H Residence, and to be located on Al Wasl Road, Dubai.
The project will include a variety of retail units alongside two arched wings of 37 duplexes and apartments, connected by a sky bridge and boasting an infinity pool that overlooks a stylish plaza and Dubai’s stunning skyline.
The sky bridge will span 30 metres and will host the building’s major recreation area, available exclusively for residents. Beneath the sky bridge will be a lush garden area whilst the central plaza, which will be the heart of the project, is gently sloped with tall trees and elegantly shaped hedges.
Located in the heart of Jumeirah, the two-storey development will effortlessly blends the surrounding low-rise community of Al Wasl whilst also transcending Dubai’s mixed-use offerings thanks to its unique urban aesthetic.
