The Spanish restaurant is located at Address Downtown Dubai and will serve authentic Spanish cuisine.
Founded in 1983, Asador de Aranda is a family business that is dedicated to providing deliciously authentic Spanish dishes. It’s an iconic brand in Spain with restaurants in Barcelona, Madrid and Seville as well as others and this new restaurant is its first in the UAE.
The menu is filled with dishes including its delicious grills including ribs and steaks, lamb chops and kidneys. There’s also gazpacho, vegetable stew and roasted red peppers as well as Spain’s iconic dish of paella. Guests are able to enjoy traditional tapas including Chorizo park sausages and piqullio peppers.
The heart of the restaurant however is the chef’s suckling lamb leg, which is cooked in wood-fired clay ovens and is where the restaurants famed reputation has come from.
The restaurant will be open daily from 6pm until midnight.
