Atrangi by Ritu Dalmia, the highly-anticipated addition to Jumeirah Al Qasr’s dining portfolio, is set to open its doors in the third quarter of this year. Behind the scenes, a dedicated team is working to bring Atrangi to life.
Heading the Atrangi team is the renowned chef Ritu Dalmia. Hailing from Kolkata, India, Dalmia has earned international acclaim for her restaurants in India and Italy. Assisting Dalmia in curating world-class dining experiences is chef de cuisine Aniket Chatterjee. Chatterjee brings his skillset and creativity to the table, working closely with Dalmia to craft innovative dishes.
Taking charge of the kitchen operations at Atrangi is head chef Sabu Panicker who will oversee food preparation and menu creation.
