The 725m skyscraper in Dubai is set to become the second tallest building globally, the company has revealed.
Scheduled for completion by 2028, the more than 131-storey structure will launch for sales in February next year. It will feature a seven-star hotel, residences including penthouses and holiday homes and a range of amenities such as wellness centres, swimming pools and cinemas.
Burj Azizi, will feature penthouses, apartments and holiday homes, alongside a unique seven-star hotel inspired by seven cultural themes. It will boast several world records, including the highest hotel lobby, nightclub, observation deck and restaurant in Dubai.
The development will also house a vertical retail centre, luxury ballroom, beach club, wellness centres, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas and gyms.
As the only freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road, Burj Azizi will provide residents and visitors with a comprehensive living and leisure experience, combining high-end dining options, mini markets, resident lounges and children’s play areas.
