Azizi to Build Dubai’s Newest Seven-Star Hotel

The development is part of Azizi’s plan to invest up to AED60bn as it announces plans to build 50 luxury hotels in the city.

Azizi developments will be building what they term as Dubai’s newest seven-star hotel. Aimed at completion by 2027, the skyscraper alongside being a seven-star property will also be the fifth tallest building in the world and the second tallest in Dubai.

“The seven-star hotel is a huge project which will change the skyline of Dubai,” said Azizi’s Hospitality COO Michael Zager, reported Arabian Business’ sister publication, Hotelier Middle East.

Azizi plans to add 20,000 new keys to Dubai’s hotel stock over the next five years which will be managed by its very own hospitality division.

Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments, said: “With the UAE’s Tourism Strategy 2031 aiming to leverage public-private partnerships and seeking to attract over AED100bn in new investment in the tourism sector, we have decided to make a major investment in the hospitality sector.”
