As consumer behaviour continues to change and the way that people shop is ever-altering, leading home furnishings retailer Bed, Bath & Beyond intends to utilise a number of Google Cloud technologies including BigQuery, Spanner, Google Compute Engine and Google Kubernetes Engine to personalise the shopping experience for customers, enhance fulfilment capacity and optimise merchandise planning and demand forecasting.

The retailer intends to create a highly personalised omni-always shopping experience by providing a more agile e-commerce platform.
