The Department Store will offer same-day delivery for any orders placed directly via their website.
Belk is a department store chain founded that has nearly 300 stores across 16 states. Customers are able to shop for apparel, shoes, accessories, cosmetics, home furnishings and wedding registry. For the first time, customers are able to utilise a same-day delivery option when ordering directly from their website. A Belk personal shopper will fill their order with this being delivered to them by 9pm.
Lisa Harper, Chief Executive Officer at Belk commented: “We’ve been steadily expanding our e-commerce options to ensure our customers can shop whenever, wherever and however it best fits their life. Adding a same day delivery option is one of the ways we are adapting our 133-year-old company to meet the needs of our modern customer, all while still providing the same quality and fashion that they rely on.”
For any orders at $49 or more, same day delivery will cost $9.95 and a delivery charge of $14.95 will be applied to any orders under $49.
