The real estate management department of Colliers has announced the lease agreement.
The new store will occupy an area of 121sq m and will be located on the third floor of the Forum shopping center, which also features a food court, restaurants and a modern multiplex cinema.
Yulia Kuznetsova, Deputy Director of Retail Real Estate Department, Colliers commented: “Our team continues to attract the best brands of the fashion industry to the project, and the bright Benetton Kids chain of stores fits perfectly into this concept, strengthening the position of the facility as the main fashion center of Buryatia.”
