Best Western Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of Best Western Premier Sapphire Ha Long, a new upscale hotel in Vietnam located on the waterfront overlooking Ha Long Bay.
The brand new 31-storey property in the heart of Ha Long City boasts stunning views of Ha Long Bay.
