Blue Star Group Announces El Salvador Arrival

Renowned Argentine company Blue Star Group, owner of the Isadora and Todomoda accessory brands, has announced its entry into the Salvadoran market as part of its ambitious expansion plan in Central America.

This strategic move positions El Salvador as a key market for the company, which seeks to replicate the success achieved in countries such as Mexico.

El Salvador shares characteristics with the Mexican market, where the group’s brands have already reached considerable maturity. According to Claiton Santos, Director of Expansion for Blue Star Group (BSG), these similarities lend strength to the implementation of the brands in the country.

“We are confident that the similarity of these markets will allow us to quickly establish ourselves, offering enriching shopping experiences for the Salvadoran consumer,” said Santos.

To complete its expansion in El Salvador, BSG has partnered with local companies Impulso SA de CV and Tendencia SA, two players with more than 20 years of experience in fashion retail, who already operate alongside international brands and multi-brand stores.

The initial expansion plan in El Salvador contemplates the opening of 15 stores in the coming years, covering both the capital and other cities in the interior. The first stores will open in the Galerías shopping centre, where the Isadora and Todomoda brands will begin their operations in the country.
