BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Managemet has acquired a retail property in Kiel for French real estate mutual fund BNP Paribas Diversipierre.
The modern property was developed by Art Invest Real Estate for chain retailer Primark, who in recent years have proven to be one of the world’s most successful fashion chains. The brand will continue to be the anchor tenant at the property.
The building is situated in a prime location between Holstenstraße and Andreas-Gayk-Straßefeatures and features just under 6,900sq m of useable space, as well as four storeys and a basement. The location adds a fresh and classic touch to Kiel’s shopping street.
