The attraction will offer activities such as crazy golf and axe throwing and will take over the 8,800sq ft space formerly occupied by Lazy Lizard within the leisure complex.
Boom: Battle Bar currently has venues in Cardiff, Eastbourne, Essex, Liverpool and Norwich and already has plans in place to open another 23 venues across the UK. As well as the Manchester site, the company is set to open branches in Blackpool, Leeds, Edinburgh and Bath among others.
The existing bars within the property are to be retained for Boom: Battle Bar on both the ground and basement levels and the venue will offer guests a number of indoor activities including shuffleboard, digital darts, ace throwing, pool, marble racing, crazy golf and table tennis.
The letting comes on the back of the arrival of Treetop Adventure Gold and is the latest part of DTZ’s plans to make the 385,000sq ft leisure complex more appealing to a wider audience during the day, alongside its famed night time options.
