In the last two years, BOXPARK’s team has quadrupled from 44 to 204 employees. As well as investing in staff recruitment, BOXPARK has been focused on improving existing operating practices and also investing in the business ahead of the company’s expansion plans.

BOXPARK’s success during this period was underpinned by strong like-for-like operating performance at all sites, driven by a mix of site investment, a significant focus on enhancing the guest experience, and continued investment in activations as well as improving the quality of its food, retail and leisure offering across the sites.

Founder & CEO of BOXPARK, Roger Wade comments on the company’s achievements and reopening: “The past 12 months have been devastating for the hospitality and retail industries, and we’ve all faced difficult conditions due to the impact of Covid-19. However, we are delighted with our performance and growth over the last few years – it’s such a positive moment for us to reopen after improving our operational practices and enhancing the guest experience at our sites.”
