The shopping and leisure destination in Glasgow has added Paperchase, Frasers Group and Pink Vanilla to its line-up.
Despite a challenging year, the new signings at the shopping centre signify a confidence in physical retailing. Card and stationery retailer Paperchase has taken a 1,500sq ft space on a five-year lease while Frasers Group has signed for 15 year leases on units spanning 24,000sq ft and 12,000sq ft. Fashion retailer Pink Vanilla, meanwhile has signed for a 2,400sq ft space for five years.
Alongside the new signings, accessories retailer Claire’s has extended its lease on its existing unit and AmericanCandy has relocated and expanded its space, taking a 3,000sq ft store in the shopping centre.
