British Land has leased c.12,800sq ft of space to three healthcare businesses at Crownpoint Retail Park, Denton in Greater Manchester, demonstrating the diverse range of occupiers looking for the affordable, adaptable and accessible format that retail parks offer.
InHealth, the UK’s largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions, has taken a c.5,000sq ft unit for a Community Diagnostic Centre, while CVS Vets, one of the UK’s leading veterinary service providers, and MyDentist, Europe’s largest dental care provider, have taken c.2,500sq ft and c.5,300sq ft spaces respectively.
British Land is one of the largest owners and operators of retail parks in the UK with eight per cent of the market and continues to see strong leasing momentum in this sector with occupancy across the portfolio at 99 per cent.
Crownpoint comprises 36 adaptable units, totalling 212,000sq ft and is let to a variety of occupiers across the retail, food and beverage and healthcare sectors. Crownpoint is located less than 40 minutes from central Manchester and 20 minutes from Stockport, providing occupiers with access to a large catchment of customers.
