The new food and beverage concept will open in Dubai’s Jumeirah Lakes Towers Central Park by Q2 2021.
The new retail and F&B concept comes as a result of an agreement between Bull & Roo Hospitality and Investments and the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC). The agreement sees a 10-year lease agreement between the pair for a three-storey venue that will occupy around 12,000sq ft of indoor and outdoor space.
The location will include a café, bakery and healthy food outlet on the ground floor, above this on the first floor will be a contemporary eatery with a wood fire pizza oven and the top floor will house an alfresco dining offer.
“The concept that we are designing and building is truly unique. The project represents an exciting moment not only for us and our wider community of 100,000 people, but also for visitors and neighbouring communities in Dubai,” commented Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DMCC.
Meanwhile, Tom Arnel, Managing Director of Bull & Roo commented: “Our focus continues to be on anticipating the retail needs and desires of our clientele across Dubai. As we look to continue our expansion of inclusive and accessible concepts for Dubai residents to enjoy, we were thrilled to be introduced to the location and surrounding area by DMCC.”
