Bunnings Rebrands Stores Under New Banner

Home and lifestyle retailer Bunnings is collaborating with popular animated TV series Bluey to rebrand several of its stores in Australia and New Zealand.

The rebrand, which affects six stores across all states in Australia and one store in New Zealand, is inspired by Hammerbarn – an episode from Season 2 of Bluey. In the episode, the Heeler family visit a local hardware store that resembles the Bunnings Keperra location in Queensland.

The “one-of-a-kind transformation” features exclusive Bluey products including garden gnomes featured in the episode, pet toys and accessories, craft kits, and limited-edition Hammerbarn branded merchandise. Fans will also have the opportunity to experience Hammerbarn in real life and take part in free Bluey-themed kids DIY workshops every weekend this month.

“Our team across Australia have had kids and parents referring to Bunnings as Hammerbarn ever since the episode aired, so making this a reality in our stores for customers is really special,” said Ryan Baker, Chief Customer Officer of Bunnings.
