Bespoke at Burlington has been launched to help support independent brands and showcase the magic of the high street experience this Christmas.

Much like the rest of the world, UK retail has suffered an extremely hard year, but studies have shown that many customers miss the physical festive shopping experience. To help support independent  brands and showcase the magic of the high street experience around the Christmas period, the original shopping arcade in Mayfair, Burlington Arcade, is launching an all-new 360 retail campaign – Bespoke at Burlington.

Bespoke at Burlington is an ultra-personalised shopping experience that involves 22 jewellery, watch, fashion, perfume, dining, design and other brands launching new, rare products that are not available anywhere else in the world and in store experiences created specifically with pandemic escapism and desires in mind.

Given the current climate, the launch will take a two phased approach. Currently and until the end of the UK lockdown on December 2, shoppers can peruse the website and book is for bespoke appointments for December. On December 2, the second phase will open when lockdown is eased. Consumers can visit the Arcade which will be festively decorated and enjoy the bespoke experiences in person.
