The American cake shop is opening a brick and mortar space at Landmark in Hong Kong, marking the online-only brand’s first physical location.
Founded by Christopher Mark, Butter is inspired by memories of eating and spending time in Diners. The brand prides itself on delivery perfectly executed flavours, utilising classic American baking techniques to encapsulate feelings of nostalgia. Chef Karys Logue stands by this ethos when creating and baking the goodies available at Butter.
Opening in December, visitors will be able to enjoy the nostalgic delights on offer at Butter. Cakes and pies will be available by the slice until May 2021.
The pop-up will offer four of the brands iconic pies including Apple, Cherry, Banana Cream and Tennessee Whiskey Caramel Pecan; four cakes including Triple Chocolate, Carrot, New York Cheesecake and Pineapple Upside-Down and specialty drinks including Root Beer Float and Strawberry Limeade.
