The food truck concept has become a permanent addition at Radisson RED Technology Park Silicon Oasis.
Cali-Poke serves up a range of delicious dishes taking inspiration from Japanese, Peruvian and Hawaiian cuisine freshly prepared with a Cali twist. The menu includes an aloha bowl with ahi tuna and fresh mango coated in a yuzu dressing, the Dubai bowl features chicken and prawns dressed in a Dubai inspired condiment. There’s also the option to build your own poke bowl, with a range of seafood, sauces and fresh ingredients to choose from.
“We feel proud and a sense of homecoming, opening an outlet in Silicon Valley a few years back and now opening another in Silicon Oasis. It’s been a great journey of learning and serving,” commented Johar, Founder of the brand.
The food truck is open daily from 12pm to 12am.
